What access to a recorded course includes, and the rules that keep it fair for every student.

Enrollment grants one student access to one course for the lifetime of the platform.
If a course is permanently retired, enrolled students keep access to what they completed and any certificate they earned.
An account belongs to one student. Up to three devices may be signed in at once.
Only an administrator can remove a device. If you lose a device or reach the limit, send a device-reset request from Settings.
Only one device may play a lesson at a time. Closing the lesson frees the slot within about two minutes.
Do not download, record, redistribute or resell lessons, and do not share an account or a voucher code.
Playback carries a watermark with your masked phone number, so a leaked recording can be traced to its account.
Message Mr. Asem through the contact page with the course and lesson name. Replies come on school days, 15:00–20:00.
A refunded enrollment is revoked together with its certificate. The refund policy sets out exactly when a refund applies.
