We want every enrollment to be a fair deal. This policy says exactly when money comes back — no hidden conditions.

If you have completed less than 20% of a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or voucher redemption — no questions asked.
If a course cannot be delivered or played and we cannot fix it within seven days of your report, you get a full refund regardless of progress.
After 20%+ of a course is completed, or after a certificate has been issued for it, the purchase is final — except for the technical-failure case above.
Voucher codes that were already redeemed are refunded by the original buyer through the original seller, using the same 14-day rule.
Request through the contact page with your order or voucher reference. Approved refunds return via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A refunded enrollment and its certificate are revoked. The order record remains, marked refunded, for accounting.
